Remote role, reporting into the Dublin, CA office
Hourly rate range $90-96/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Administer company equity plans, including ISOs/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP.Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate taxation and timely recording of equity transactions.Support domestic and international tax reporting and compliance, including global mobility considerations.Work with Payroll, Global Mobility, and external tax providers to track mobile employees and apply proper tax allocations.Maintain compliance with international reporting requirements and ensure proper record-keeping.Perform audits and reconciliations of equity transactions (monthly, quarterly, annually).Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, Tax, Treasury) and external service providers.Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity-related matters.Maintain best practices for SOX compliance, stock plan governance, and accurate data processing.Assist with Section 16 filings (Forms 3/4/5) and track beneficial ownership.
Qualifications:
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification strongly preferred.5+ years of experience in equity administration for a U.S.-based multinational public company.Experience with Fidelity equity platforms strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of US federal and state taxation and general global taxation of equity transactions.Experience leading equity training sessions and presentations is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with SEC forms and filings.Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on process improvement.Excellent attention to detail and sound business judgment.
