Stratfield Consulting is seeking a skilled Technical Campaign Specialist (Email and SMS) to support our client’s award-winning in-house creative agency—one of the nation’s most recognized brands. This role is responsible for building, testing, and managing multi-channel communication campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS platforms, ensuring accurate execution, optimization, and personalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution
Build, test, and configure communication campaigns across National Email, Push Notification, and SMS marketing channels, including one-time, triggered, and automated sends.
Assist in the setup and validation of logic for same-channel and omni-channel flows and communication journeys.
Collaboration & Coordination
Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure the use of complex data for campaign optimization and personalization.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including data engineering, marketing, creative, and data analysts, to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Technical & QA Support
Utilize Movable Ink or MoEngage features for personalization efforts when appropriate.
QA all deployments and troubleshoot with creative, data, and technical partners as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Skills:
3+ years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, Iterable) supporting a user base of 40+ million users.
Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Attentive, Vibes).
Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, email design best practices, and templating languages (e.g., Jinja).
Strong understanding of email deliverability and best practices for email marketing.
Knowledge of mobile marketing best practices, specifically Push Notifications and SMS.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM operations (HTML templates, list segmentation, data events, email execution).
Collaboration & Soft Skills:
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, data, and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
