We are hiring driven Inside Sales Representatives at Flex Storage!
What you'll do:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who excels at outbound and inbound sales calls and is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in over the phone sales and a strong work ethic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads with highest customer service.
Conduct in-depth product and service presentations to potential clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.
Driven, upbeat, the glass is half full, ready to build, sell and be the face of the company.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of high volume sales and customer service.
Experience in the Moving and Storage industry (Required).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (Preferred).
Previous experience with Zoho, RingCentral and other CRM platforms.
Familiarity with Google Suites (Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, GMail, Collaboration/Sharing, Integration and Slack Communication.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong closing skills, sales call center and go getter.
Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with B2C sales model.
High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
