Agence Nationale de Volontariat Jeunesse (ANVJ) in Guinea has requested the support of a Peace Corps Response Volunteer (PCRV) to serve as a Field Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. The PCRV will collaborate with ANVJ staff on implementing and adapting ANVJ’s Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Framework to analyze the impact and cost effectiveness of ANVJ's Community Health Promotion programs and improve their effectiveness going forward. The PCRV will also train ANVJ project management and M&E teams on the basics of Monitoring and Evaluation and how to develop M&E frameworks with pertinent questioning for correct data-basing while developing and executing M&E plans.
