If you’ve sold anything, you can sell solar! We will take the time to properly educate and train you in the industry! you can teach Solar but you can’t teach work ethic!
• Strong Communication Skills: You don’t have to be a “hard seller”—what matters is your ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and offer genuine solutions.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: This is an independent, commission-based role. You’ll need to take initiative and be proactive in driving your own success. But if you’re willing to put in the effort, the rewards are substantial.
