ration & Client Acquisition
✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities in IT staffing & talent solutions.
✅ Develop strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
✅ Pitch customized staffing solutions and close high-value contracts with mid-to-large enterprises.
Market Research & Strategy
✅ Analyze IT hiring trends, workforce demands, and staffing needs.
✅ Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to position Infotech Launch as a leading staffing provider.
✅ Work closely with leadership to refine pricing models, service offerings, and sales strategies.Recruitme
nt & Talent Delivery Coordination
✅ Collaborate with recruiters to ensure high-quality candidate placements that align with client needs.
✅ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
✅ Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement and service excellence.
Proposal & Contract Management
✅ Lead negotiations on staffing contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures.
✅ Prepare business proposals, RFPs, and presentations to secure new accounts.
✅ Track and manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
📌 Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing & recruitment industry.
📌 Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of securing staffing contracts and closing deals.
📌 Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT job roles, hiring trends, and staffing processes.
📌 Networking: Established connections with HR professionals, hiring managers, and tech leaders.
📌 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Compensation
💰 This is a paid role with a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives.
📝 A two-week trial period is required to demonstrate performance, during which you will be compensated if you meet your commitment. After successful completion, your full salary will commence.
