Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You will work closely with the Sales Team to align lead generation efforts with sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition of leads into sales opportunities. This role requires proactive outreach, CRM management, and participation in networking events to foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outreach through email, social media, and industry research to identify potential leads.
Event Participation: Represent Softensity at industry networking events and conferences to connect with potential clients.
Internal Events: Support and participate in company-hosted events to enhance brand awareness and engage with prospective clients.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain and build relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Collaboration with Sales: Transition MQLs to the Sales Team, join sales calls, and provide lead context for a smooth handoff.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics to refine outreach strategies.
CRM Management: Accurately document lead information, activities, and progress in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
Willingness to attend industry events and travel as needed.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not required.
