The Agronomy & Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager leads NBB’s execution and delivery of our Scope 3 roadmaps as well as providing regular insights & data, with an acute focus on developing NBB’s sustainable agriculture programs to meet FLAG, biodiversity, and grower partner prosperity commitments. This position works within the Environmental Sustainability team, reporting to the Environmental Program Director, and partners cross-departmentally in supplier engagement and education, data collection, preferred vendor selection, contract negotiation, and sustainable agriculture program development and execution. This position can be performed remotely and will require travel.

Starting Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $102,500.00
