Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Plant City, FL that is seeking a Billing Specialist. Responsibilities:
- The Billing Specialist will be working with internal and external vendors to related to billing and A/R inquiries
- Heavy email communication and analysis to support sales partners and clients with invoicing discrepancies
- Monitoring aging accounting and track past due invoices
- Conducted research and analysis invoicing issues
- Identified and executed invoicing adjustments for the Business
Requirements
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Quick learner
- Comfortable working from home and has access to high-speed internet
- Capable with working independently and is self-motivated
- Experience with Excel (preferable VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports)
- Experience with editing PDFs
- Highly detail oriented
- Great communication and professional skills (email and verbal)
- Flexible/adaptable personality
- Must be able to meet deadlines – highly visible role, missing deadlines is not an option
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
