What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
✔ Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
✔ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
✔ Provide support for O365 applications and other common software
✔ Assist with IT projects, including system migrations, installations, and configuration
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2+ years of IT support experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
🔹 Experience with O365 and basic network troubleshooting
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
