As we continue to grow, we’re searching for an experienced and drivenAccounts Payable Supervisor to join our team and make an impact in a fully remote role.
What You’ll Do
As anAccounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all accounts payable functions, including monitoring and managing multiple email inboxes.Reviewing, posting, and reconciling accounts payable invoices in accounting software.Collaborating with clients to process vendor payments and address discrepancies.Preparing detailed aging reports for client approvals.Managing vendor relations, including credit applications, payment setups, and dispute resolution.Reconciling credit card accounts and vendor statements to ensure all credits, returns, and overpayments are accounted for.Monitoring bank transactions for irregularities or potential fraud and communicating findings with management.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader with a knack for organization and strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Proven leadership experience and a track record of supervising teams.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
