Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a workplace that reflects varied perspectives and backgrounds.
Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks related to employment practices.
Advise senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Manage the HR budget and resources effectively, optimizing investments in people and processes.
Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HR technology systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data analytics.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a growth-oriented organization.
