Job Summary:
Our client is seeking experienced and talented crypto reporters living in the USA and Far East Asia to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and producing high-quality news content. You will have the opportunity to cover a wide range of topics and contribute to our mission of delivering accurate, engaging, and insightful journalism.
Responsibilities:
Pitch and develop story ideas that align with our editorial goals and resonate with our audience.
Conduct thorough research, interviews, and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and integrity of your work.
Write and edit compelling articles, features, and other content that adhere to journalistic standards and style guidelines.
Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
Stay up to date with current events, trends, and developments in your areas of coverage.
Meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Participate in editorial meetings and contribute to the overall content strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant journalism experience, including work for reputable newspapers, magazines, television, or online publications.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent research and fact-checking abilities.
Familiarity with various writing styles and formats (e.g., news articles, features, opinion pieces).
Knowledge of journalistic ethics, standards, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
