The Role
The Ecosystem team accelerates the growth of the Monad ecosystem by supporting committed teams that are building ambitious products on Monad.
As part of the Ecosystem team, you’ll conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across all verticals (DeFi, gaming, NFTs, etc) to become thriving ecosystem projects. You will use both creativity and data-driven evidence to identify which strategies and support verticals to prioritize. You will manage, maintain, and improve internal and externally-facing systems and processes. You are ready and willing to tackle any challenge, no problem is too small. You are someone who is self-sufficient, organized, and ambitious with existing experience in L1/L2 ecosystem development.
This role is crucial to Monad’s success, and offers a unique opportunity to impart massive impact on the trajectory of the Monad ecosystem.
What You Will Do
You’ll develop and execute new initiatives end to end that grow the Monad ecosystem
You’ll provide hands-on support to founders at all stages of their journey with mentorship, product feedback and guidance on best practices
You’ll work with and alongside cross-functional teams including Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams
You’ll collaborate with a range of counterparties, builders, investors, exchanges, infrastructure providers—to promote the growth of the Monad ecosystem
Who You Are
4 or more years of experience in ecosystem work at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm), onboarding and growing successful projects from the ground up
You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
You are an excellent speaker and writer
You have a proven track record of owning and executing initiatives
You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
Nice to Have
Experience working at an early-stage startup and juggling competing priorities
Strong existing relationships in the industry
Fluency in multiple languages
