We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Investment Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only position—a unique opportunity for someone who understands that the harder you work, the more you earn. Our first hire earned $1M within two years.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including property owners, investors, and operators in the senior living space.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and industry expertise.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Assist in underwriting deals, negotiating terms, and facilitating transactions.
- Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and networking.
- Transaction Management: Work closely with clients, attorneys, and escrow teams to ensure smooth closings.
