We are seeking an entry-level junior Snowflake developer to join our Data Technology team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with data warehousing and cloud computing. The Junior Developer will play a critical role by assisting the Snowflake Implementation Team in managing, optimizing, and securing our Snowflake environment to support the organization’s data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities
Snowflake Team Assistance
Maintenance of Snowflake cloud data platform and implementation
Configure and manage data and associated services within Snowflake
Security and Access Control
Implement and enforce security best practices
Manage user access and permissions
Collaboration and Support
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams to understand data requirements and provide technical support
Gain an understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platform
Cursory understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design
Knowledge of data security, access controls, and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
