About the Role:
As a Clinical/Medical Lab Technician, you will play a vital role in our laboratory operations. You'll be responsible for receiving and preparing specimens, performing analytical tests, ensuring quality control, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will also perform phlebotomy procedures as needed and maintain patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specimen testing according to established protocols.
Ensure quality performance and adherence to regulatory compliance.
Maintain laboratory equipment and perform quality control procedures.
Perform phlebotomy procedures as required.
Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.
Adapt to the needs of diverse patient populations.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, OR a military MLT certificate.
ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification as a Medical Lab Technician.
Computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
Preferred:
Hospital or clinical laboratory testing experience.
