Primary Requirements:
As a Master Bench Jeweler at Hamra, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of exceptional quality and craftsmanship
A passion for jewelry repair, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to work with a variety of materials
Previous experience of at least 5 years as a bench jeweler
The ability to utilize a range of tools and techniques, including soldering, polishing, stone setting, lasering and hand fabrication. CAD experience is a plus but not required.
The ability to collaborate with sales staff to understand customer needs and providing expert advice on repairs and custom designs
A commitment to excellence
Maintaining neatly organized bench tools and equipment
Ensuring all work meets Hamra's quality standards and is completed in a timely manner
Ensuring all safety and environmental protocol is followed
The ability to be an inclusive team player with a positive attitude
