Key Responsibilities
Supervise a dedicated work crew of 2-3 members.
Strategically plan and implement efficient work orders for daily and weekly tasks.
Detect, communicate, and resolve any challenges encountered at the job site.
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a positive and professional company image.
Required Skills
Strong management capabilities with an aptitude for leading teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting telephone and CATV blueprints.
Previous training in utility safety standards.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving job site issues.
Ability to accurately complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in utility construction, specifically in telephone cable placement, as a manager, foreman, or HDD operator.
Willingness to travel throughout Southeastern WI from Monday through Friday while being home on weekends.
A valid driver’s license acceptable for insurance purposes; a Class A CDL is preferred or must be able to obtain one.
