This is a full-time remote role. East Coast based is preferred, and EST business hours are required. We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team & support our SEM efforts. As a Paid Media Strategist with The Master Trades Group, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns for our group of best-in-class home service providers. You will be responsible for driving successful outcomes & ensuring our paid campaigns meet goals and function as needed within the larger marketing picture.
Must have strong MATH skills, ANALYTICS, Advanced EXCEL - and if you have Service Titan, Looker Studio, Super Metric experience - we REALLY want to talk to YOU!
Essential Job Functions
Implement paid media strategies for lead generation efforts for our group of Home Services brands
Lead day-to-day campaign management including but not limited to set up, ongoing optimizations, and troubleshooting
Manage large budgets (~$2mil/mo) across multiple accounts, platforms, and campaign types at a daily level
Conduct paid media tests and experiments to optimize performance and scale accounts
Troubleshoot account issues and performance concerns
Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly to uncover actionable insights
Communicate data-driven insights to senior marketing leaders regularly and effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience with paid media campaign management (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
Ability to tightly manage a budget and align marketing decisions with business operations
Proven track record of managing campaigns to hit performance goals
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
Data analysis & advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities
Preferred, But Not Required
Experience within the home services industry & Service Titan is a plus
