Virtual law firm with home base in a suburb of Minneapolis has an immediate opening for a patent paralegal. In our fast-paced patent practice, we help clients obtain patents on their inventions in the United States and throughout the world.
Interact with clients, inventors and our top notch team of patent professionals. Must be a self-starter with an eye for detail. Day-to-day tasks involve data entry, document creation, electronic filing of patent related documents, preparation of Information Disclosure Statements (IDS), and communicating with foreign associates.
Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred;
1-2 years patent experience in a law firm setting;
Strong oral/written communication and analytical skills required;
Ability to prioritize work and manage time with the flexibility to work required hours in order to meet deadlines; and
Must have the ability to take direction, follow through and work both independently and as a team member.
