We are seeking an experienced Content and Proposal Writer to join our team. This role involves creating compelling sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our strategic goals and showcasing our strengths in a competitive landscape. The CPW (Content and Proposal Writer) will be responsible for creating high-quality content across channels - inclusive of but not limited to press releases, blogs, social media, white papers, case studies, mini videos, extensive RFPs, pre-post sales, and existing client business reviews. Collaborate with our sales and client services teams to develop winning sales proposals and presentations.
Sales Proposal Development:
Working with Workforce Solutions, Client Services, and SMEs to generate sales proposals.
Develop winning sales proposals and presentations.
Sales Presentation Development:
Create "shortlist" presentations during sales cycle.
Develop content and structure for sales presentations.
. Prospect Registrations:
Register on prospect's website for bidder's list consideration.
Work with Workforce Solutions and Client Services teams to develop boilerplate content.
Quarterly Supplier Newsletter:
Develop content for the quarterly supplier newsletter.
Ad Hoc QBR Support:
Develop client-specific collateral and branded internal documents.
Work closely with the Graphic Design team to accelerate CS sector knowledge.
Awards & Recognition:
Identify potential awards and develop application materials.
Solicit audience for popular voting.
Submit award entries and coordinate with internal teams.
Press Relations:
Issue press releases to establish us as an industry SMEs.
Track and respond to news and opinions.
Develop and execute a press relation plan.
Website Content Management:
Ensure that the content is accurate and up to date.
Maintain breaking news pop-ups on the landing page.
Develop and implement content strategy in collaboration with Brand Strategy partner.
Collateral Development:
Research and author short and long content (social content, ad copy, case studies, feature sheets, white papers, outreach emails, etc.)
Blog Development:
Research and author thought leadership articles.
Develop content for blog posts and social media channels.
Requirements:
Proven track record of writing high-quality content that drives business growth.
Strong research and analysis skills to stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Project Management mindset to ensure timely completion of all required content.
Nice to Have:
Experience with sales proposal writing and development.
Familiar with Loopio to structure and organize proposal content.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
