We are hiring for an Accounting Assistant (with Quickbooks experience).
This is a chance to work with the strongest YouTube strategy agency, Snowball. Our founder Ryan has over 5 billion views, helped channels go from 0 to Millions of subscribers, and is working with some of the biggest brands on YouTube to support their growth.
We have worked with Jubilee, Netflix, P&G, Starter Story, Matt Gray, PewDiePie, Cody Ko, Graham Stephan, and many more. We only will work with the best clients in their industry - we turn away 9 out of 10 clients who come to us.

The Role:
Accounting Assistant: you will helping us have accurate bookkeeping to make sure we have as clear of a picture of our finances as possible so we can make accurate and speedy decisions.
This is a perfect opportunity for an accounting graduate student to take your strong understanding and put your skills to practice in a real world setting, for a fast-growing, innovative company.

WHAT IS INVOLVED DAY-TO-DAY
Accurate and speedy bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online
Generating reports for company leadership, as requested, to analyze finances in multiple ways
Reconciliations
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience using Quickbooks Online (pulling data from different streams)
Master of Google Sheets - can create beautifully simple and well functioning spreadsheets
Extreme attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Quick learner - you can pick up on things very fast
Strong and proactive communicator; very responsive!

Ryan Hashemi - founder / CEO. Built the business @ Jubilee Media (14M+ followers, 5B views, $8-figure / yr business). I'm focused on building my largest business yet with this agency.
