Role Description
This is a full-time remote Real Estate Broker role at Better Blueprint Realty. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for brokerage transactions, real estate sales, customer service, and being an expert in helping investors navigate their RE investment portfolios. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, wholesaling and leasing properties, as well as providing expert guidance on real estate investments. The candidate must be a team player, work highly efficiently with minimal supervision, enjoy working in a start up environment, be collaborative with a high level of integrity, and have a drive to succeed as a real estate agent and investor!
Minimum Qualifications
Brokerage and Real Estate skills
Customer Service and Sales experience
Knowledge of Real Property
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong sales and networking abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
At least two years of real estate brokerage experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Compensation and Benefits - 1099 Contractor $100k+
