Key Responsibilities
As An Executive Assistant, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Managing the calendar of the Business & People Operations Manager, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports.Coordinating team meetings, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up actions.Handling internal and external communication with various stakeholders.Proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.Supporting personal tasks, including travel coordination and appointment scheduling.Organizing and maintaining files for easy access and up-to-date records.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.Comfort in handling sensitive information with discretion.A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar position, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
