The ideal candidate for this role on the Sales team will have a natural enthusiasm for sales, and strong communication & organizational skills. This role will serve as liaison between our external global wholesale partners and our internal sales and fulfillment teams. The candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment to support the day-to-day administrative duties of our Sales team, from data entry to delivery to the customer. This is a critical role to our Sales team and requires the ability to support multiple tasks at once, with an attention to detail and ability to both pitch ideas and to voice concerns. Responsibilities
Assist the wholesale channels (Independents & International) and their teams with vetting external customer communications and following up on requests, account set-up, SAP reporting, order entry, all with accuracy and timeliness
Partner with the Customer Experience team to streamline communication with accounts & reps when questions arise on orders, account status, invoices, damages & misships, etc.
Manage wholesale & international inquiry inboxes, and act as point person for the department to disseminate information to the appropriate parties
Create order templates to utilize with international distributors & direct house accounts
Consolidate and create sales, systems and processes training materials to ensure team alignment
Upkeep account data and records to maintain customer lists, rep lists and stockist page
Manage product data and brand pages for Faire & MarketTime platforms, incl. ownership of the wholesale product spreadsheet
Utilize Faire Messages to assist customers with questions on their account & orders
Oversee the greeting card display program
Manage sample requests for tradeshows, reps & distributors for seasonal collections
Assist with market prep, including sending market invites, partnering on Faire/email blast and calendarizing appointments for sales team, and post-market rep incentive trackers
Assist with set-up, selling, and break-down at tradeshows where needed, in Dallas, Atlanta, Vegas, and/or New York Markets
Create post-show merch/design feedback docs, and occasional Comp Shop projects for sales team
Utilize Faire & MarketTime reporting to partner with planning team in-market to highlight best-sellers, inventory risks & more to ensure accurate forecasting
Create sellsheets to aid sales for bestsellers, inventory closeout opportunities, print/category highlights and seasonal moments
Keep across account activity on social media & email to ensure participation in key partner store events, giveaways and more, and assist with any social media contests
Position Requirements
2-3 years experience preferred in a wholesale and/or retail environment
Proficiency in Google applications, Slack and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), Word, PowerPoint
Prior experience in SAP Business One is preferred, or any B2B order management software
Strong written and verbal skills; clear and concise communication skills to internal and external clients is a critical requirement of this role
Problem solving skills

Self motivated; ability to take initiative and manage own time to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Remote role with tradeshow/account travel as needed
