Company Description
MRCOOL Direct is a quickly growing startup of six people looking to add a seventh. The company is only 2.5 years old and already on pace to do well into 8 figures in sales in 2025. So far we've all worked in a garage/warehouse in Old Hickory, TN (Nashville Metro) but are moving into a new office building in the coming weeks (once renovations/customizations are complete at that property), also in Old Hickory, just few minutes from Nashville and walking distance to a restaurant on Old Hickory Lake and many residential areas.
Role Description
This is a part-time or full time on-site role for an SEO Expert. You'll be part of two person marketing team working in person to head the marketing efforts for the now third largest supplier of MRCOOL heating and air conditioning systems (only behind Lowes and Home Depot). MRCOOL Direct is low key with big dreams. It's a great group of people to work with and exciting without being consuming. Either a FT or PT role position are on the table here, depending on who you are, what you want and what you bring to the table. The fit of the right person is what's most important. SEO skills are imperative, CRO skills are a plus, experience in anything else in online marketing space is very potentially valuable. It's a small team so there are a lot of opportunities to wear more than just your primary "hat" if you desire.
Pay is obviously dependent on many factors, including whether or not you are working PT or FT. It's a small company though so there aren't endless amounts of hoops to jump through. Know what you feel is appropriate for the work that you do and expect to have an honest and open conversation about that with someone at the company. We're looking for someone who is a fit. Pay is part of that, time and skills are too. Let's figure that out together.
