We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join the team as an Outside Service Sales Representative in our New Orleans, LAlocation. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and tracking all Outside Service Sales contracts, including Preventative Maintenance or additional services, within your assigned Area of Responsibility. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the Aftermarket Service department through the quoting of service products to new customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Routinely travel through assigned area of responsibility to identify and call on new customers
Prepare and track quotes for new customers
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes within 24 hours
Maximize customer satisfaction and account profitability
Utilize internal CRM tool to follow up daily on quoted work and track sales progress
Assist in identifying opportunities across multiple business lines
Assist Service Coordinators in planning and assigning quoted work
May act as a Project Manager on larger scale jobs to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Actively participate in branch safety program

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Service Sales role
Previous experience in the generator or service industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail
Ability to travel 50% of the time
