Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving travel-related issues
Accurately input and manage travel-related data, including itineraries and pricing
Communicate with travel suppliers, vendors, and clients to confirm and update information
Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and industry updates
Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with company guidelines
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or travel management software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Prior experience in the travel industry or data entry is a plus but not required
