We are hiring driven Inside Sales Representatives at Flex Storage!

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who excels at outbound and inbound sales calls and is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in over the phone sales and a strong work ethic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads with highest customer service.
  • Conduct in-depth product and service presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.
  • Driven, upbeat, the glass is half full, ready to build, sell and be the face of the company.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of high volume sales and customer service.
  • Experience in the Moving and Storage industry (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (Preferred).
  • Previous experience with Zoho, RingCentral and other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Suites (Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, GMail, Collaboration/Sharing, Integration and Slack Communication.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong closing skills, sales call center and go getter.
  • Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with B2C sales model.
  • High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Different Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday between 8am – 9pm EST
