We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP implementation, migration, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ERP (ECC & S/4HANA), strong project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in an Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid environment. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP project lifecycles, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP projects including implementation, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage SAP teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Ensure smooth SAP module integrations across SD, MM, FI, WM, PP, and other relevant modules.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive SAP best practices and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Conduct regular status meetings with leadership and project teams.
Work in Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, or Hybrid environments as required.
Support post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in SAP project management.
Strong expertise in SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA), SAP methodologies (Activate, ASAP), and integrations.
Proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP projects (implementation, migration, rollout).
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Experience managing onshore and offshore teams in global SAP environments.
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Pharmaceuticals.
Exposure to SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, or SAP CX (C4C, Hybris).
Technical understanding of SAP Basis, ABAP, and integrations (EDI, IDOC, BTP, PI/PO, CPI).
