Our client is seeking a Network Engineer to design, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security issues.
Implement network security best practices, including firewall rules and intrusion prevention.
Optimize Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN performance for remote users and cloud environments.
Work with cloud-based networking solutions (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network).
Requirements:
Experience as a Network Engineer, IT Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto networks.
Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with firewall management and network security.
Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
