What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound calling – proactively reach out to executives and decision-makers via phone
Scheduling meetings – set up appointments for senior leadership to discuss business opportunities.
CRM management – keep accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
Hitting targets – meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for scheduled meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Experience – prior experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or customer service is a plus. Experience in retail, teaching, hospitality, or similar fields is welcome.
Communication skills – you’re confident and professional when speaking with executives.
Resilience and drive – you understand that persistence leads to success and don’t let rejection discourage you.
Organized and detail-oriented – you can manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary: $2,000 base pay during training (first month). After training, compensation includes base pay plus commission (details provided in the interview).
Paid time off: 25 days of paid leave per year.

This is a fully remote position. Your specific work hours are negotiable, but must fall between 6 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time.
