Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team and cover our client's residential site in North Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and residents. This role demands a high level of vigilance and adherence to established protocols while also focusing on monitoring and enhancing the security of the buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prevent Intrusion: Monitor and patrol the residential premises to detect and prevent unauthorized entry and signs of intrusion.
Access Control: Control access to the property, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular security checks and inspections of all residential areas to ensure safety and compliance with security measures.
Surveillance Monitoring: Continuously monitor surveillance systems and promptly report any suspicious activities or potential threats.
Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
Resident Support: Offer assistance to residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their safety and addressing any security-related concerns.
Incident Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting all security-related activities and incidents.
Law Enforcement Collaboration: Work in collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services when required to maintain a secure environment.
Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures to uphold a safe and secure residential community.
Enhance Secure Buildings: Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the building's security, implement measures to enhance security, and ensure that all security systems are functioning effectively. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and practices to continuously improve building security.

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
