We have an opportunity available for a(n) SEO Specialist to work within our eCommerce Team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving organic search results by using keyword research, content creation, link building, technical audits, and more. The ideal candidate will build outstanding knowledge of our products, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategies to increase web traffic and obtain/maintain high-ranking placements in organic search results
Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags and headings
Internal and external link building to enhance crawlability and increase domain authority
Conduct keyword research to understand organic search trends and identify relevant, high-impact keywords.
Perform competitive analyses to evaluate competitor’s organic search performance and identify areas of opportunity.
Monitor and analyze organic performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and core web vitals
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tactics, and algorithm changes
Partner with cross functional teams to fill content gaps and revise existing content to improve organic performance and address technical issues to improve the user experience and search engine ranking.

What We Need
3-5 years of demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or other SEO and analytics tools
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
Shares best practices proactively and seeks learning from others
Creativity and outside of the box thinking to test new approaches and build repeatable processes that scale
