Our client, a well-known airline, is seeking a Web Producer to help their team ~40-hours/week, on an ongoing basis. Ideal start date will be before the end of February.
This role can be remote or hybrid and a computer will be provided. You must be able to work EST hours.
Responsibilities
Own and manage all content updates for .com in CMS, Magnolia.
Make updates in a timely manner based on incoming requests from internal stakeholders.
Identify copy errors and design issues from a web prospective.
Set up and report on AB tests when needed.
Work autonomously to complete projects within timeline provided while communicating with internal stakeholders if hold-ups are expected.
Report to Manager of Web Experience, and work with several internal departments including Legal, Marketing, Web.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in web production.
Technical knowledge of CMS systems (ideally Magnolia) and an eye for design.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for styling and formatting elements.
Knowledge of web content best practices (i.e. accessibility, responsive images, etc.).
Project management skills: version control, process improvements, ability to meet timelines.
Experience setting up A/B testing.
Ability to work with and adhere to legal and compliance requirements and approval process.
Experience working with different stakeholders and is flexible with change.
Excellent people and communication skills, especially with setting expectations.
Extremely detail oriented.
