This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guest, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service.
Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions.
Performs food-handling, food preperation and service duties.
Periodic bar service coverage.
Answers questions relating to all F&B products.
Any other tasks that may be assigned.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Must have high school diploma or GED
Cash-handling experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
ServSafe certification
TIPs certification
Qualifications
Must be able to learn how to how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes.
Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and comfort using cash register.
Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills.
Must have comprehensive menu knowledge.
Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment.
