Role & Responsibilities:
The Graduate Trader will start with a probationary 6-month period where you will join a cohort for an extensive training program that combines advanced theory with hands-on market-making experience. This position is expected to start in June 2025.
Your journey includes:
First 4 Weeks: Mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through engaging lectures and hands-on shadowing sessions led by our experienced traders.
Next Phase: After passing the mandatory FINRA SIE and Series 57 exams, putting your knowledge into action by managing a limited portfolio under the close guidance of a mentor trader, complemented by continuous coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
Graduating: Evaluating your progress throughout the 6-month training program and upon successful completion, you will graduate by joining one of our trading teams where you will contribute directly to our dynamic, data-driven environment.
In this role, you will:
Prepare for the trading day, know what is happening in the market & products traded. Gather information on risk and payoff characteristics of options and translate this into correct volatility pricing.
Be responsible for pricing and trading options on listed financial instruments.
Manage and optimize daily trading positions.
Collaborate with trading teams and software developers to adjust pricing variables and system settings based on current market conditions.
Continuously monitor the market to research and identify profitable opportunities.
Learn and contribute to building, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s codebase and technology stack.
Your Profile:
A bachelor’s (or master’s degree) in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science.

A strong interest in (option) trading and financial markets, supported by relevant coursework or experience.
A willingness to learn new skills, such as programming (Python), and a commitment to researching and improving trading strategies.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
