Key Responsibilities:
Development & Coding:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to build scalable applications and APIs.
Work with the team to design and implement new features, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and improving overall code quality.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to develop high-quality products.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments.
Maintain and enhance existing codebases, refactoring when necessary to ensure long-term maintainability.
Performance & Optimization:
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, optimizing bottlenecks where needed.
Ensure that the application is scalable, efficient, and reliable under heavy load.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Python development and software engineering.
Contribute to improving team processes and development practices to increase productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Experience working with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
