Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Leasing Agent at Charles River Properties LLC. The Sales and Leasing Agent will be responsible for leases, lease administration, property management, residential leasing, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Leases and Lease Administration
Knowledge of Property Management and Residential Leasing
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
