The Junior Associate Program at The MHP Broker is designed for ambitious individuals eager to jumpstart a successful career in commercial real estate. This is your opportunity of a lifetime to gain hands-on experience, world-class training, and mentorship from industry leaders in mobile home park brokerage—all while working remotely.
With over 300 successful transactions totaling more than $700 million, The MHP Broker has built a reputation for excellence. Our proven training, guidance, and support system set you on a fast track to success in this competitive industry.
Program Structure
Intensive Training Phase (Month 1)
One-month unpaid training with full immersion into commercial real estate sales and transaction management.
If selected to move forward, you will be retroactively paid for the training period.
Work directly with a top-performing Senior Associate, learning deal structuring, outreach strategies, and negotiation techniques.
Junior Associate Phase (Months 2-8)
Receive a $2,500 monthly draw as an investment in your development. This draw is not deducted from commissions or bonuses and is fully forgivable upon completing eight months in the program or promotion to Associate.
The draw provides financial stability, allowing you to fully focus on mastering commercial real estate brokerage.
Conduct 500+ calls per week to build relationships with property owners and investors.
Support a Senior Associate on active deals and earn 10% of their commission on closed deals.
Earn 20% of the Senior Associate’s commission on deals you personally source while supporting them.
Promotion to Associate
Generate $30,000 in commissions for your Senior Associate through your business development efforts (typically 1-2 deals).
Once you generate your next deal, you will drive it to closing with Senior Associate oversight, earning a 50/50 commission split.
After successfully closing your first 50/50 deal, you will be promoted to Associate, managing your own deals and earning full commissions.
Retain and nurture all follow-up connections made while supporting your Senior Associate, building your own book of business.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
$2,500 monthly draw (forgivable upon completing eight months or promotion).
Performance-based bonuses: 10% on Senior Associate deals and 20% on self-sourced deals during the Junior Associate phase.
First-year total compensation typically ranges from $50,000 to $70,000+.
Significant earning potential as an Associate, where you manage and close your own transactions.
Senior Associates typically earn between $300,000 to $700,000 per year, demonstrating the incredible financial opportunity available as you advance in your career.
